Centrafrique: Signature of the condolences’ book in the memory of the general headmaster of Central African energy, Samuel Tozoui

The President  of National Assembly, Célestin Leroy Gaombalet  recognized the efforts  made by the Headmaster  of Central African Energy in spite  of the technical  difficulties faced by  the  Central African Energy , Bangui,  the capital city of Central African Republic  is keeping on  getting electrify. “We have lost a good worker”, he added. He fostered the new Head master of Central African Energy to be at her office in time. 
The official mourning-place of the general Headmaster Tozoui Samuel,will take place on friday  april 27^th 2012  in Bangui.  He will be barry in his farm at Boali   in the district  of  Ombella-Mpoko.
